US Has Weapons To Fight UFOs and ET, Says Former Canadian Defense Chief, Plus An Even Bigger Secret

  Paul Hellyer, the former Canadian Defense Minister, says UFOs are real and the U.S. military has weapons to use against UFOs and that aliens can help us learn about climate change.  He adds he would probably get fired for his views if he was still Canada's Minister of National Defense today, but is adamant he has seen UFOs himself, according to reports in the Daily Mail, AOL News  and the Barrie Examiner. 
Hellyer says, "the reality is that they (aliens) have been visiting earth for decades and probably millennia and have contributed considerably to our knowledge."
He says UFOs are not the biggest secret in the world, the biggest secret he says is how a "handful of bankers" have "bamboozled" politicians for the past century to take control of the world's currencies by creating a monopoly on printing money. He adds the bankers  are "very clever" in financing politicians and now control the political processes.

Dolphin cold case: Investigators say cause of calve die-off may never be known

That's the question of the day as the number of stillborn or dead young dolphin calves washing up on Gulf of Mexico shores continues to rise.
The research team called in to investigate the incident has a disconcerting answer: We might never know.
On Friday, five more dead baby bottlenose dolphins were found in Mississippi and Alabama, pushing to 67 the number of dolphin carcasses tallied since Jan. 1 on beaches from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. Of those, 35 are so young that they might be spontaneously aborted fetuses, making this "unusual mortality event" even more unusual, though not unprecedented.
But determining the cause of this, or any other, wave of dolphin deaths is a huge challenge.

THE TIME FOR JUDGMENT IS NOW

Seven months have now passed since my last posting. It has been a little over two years since the Seventh Seal of Revelation was opened. More incredible yet is the reality that in about 15 months from now, Jesus Christ is going to return to this earth.

This time Christ is coming as King of kings, as a Lion, and not as a Lamb. Since mankind and their governments will not relinquish power and authority to God’s true authority (6,000 years have proven this), He is sending His Son to take control, by force, in order to put down all earthly governments. There is no other way for God’s Kingdom to come.

The rule of mankind is going to violently be taken away by the One Almighty Eternal God. Only a very few believe these things at this time, but over the next several months millions will come to believe it! NOW is the time of transition when everything is going to begin to change, from man’s self-rule to God’s worldwide rule.

As I am writing this, I think of radio interviews that I have had that led up to the time of the opening of the Seventh Seal (Nov. 14, 2008). The attitude of some interviewers was one of questioning how God could allow such horrifying end-time events to occur, as if God were not merciful and did not care. However, the opposite is true.

God has been abundantly patient with mankind and has extended great mercy for 6,000 years, but the true reality is that man has not listened to God. When God’s prophet spoke to these interviewers, not a single one believed the truth they heard. None believed that the one with whom they spoke was God’s prophet. That is just the way mankind is and always has been. It is even this way within the scattering that has followed the apostasy of 1994.

Nothing has changed. Even during the time of Christ, the overwhelming vast majority of people, including rich and poor, educated and uneducated, government officials, religious leaders, and those from all other walks of life refused to believe that Jesus was the Messiah or a prophet. They did not receive God’s own Son, so it is no wonder that most all humanity has refused to listen to any of us who are God’s prophets.

Some think that by the very fact I would make such a statement, that “I am a prophet,” then I must think very highly of myself and/or that I must be delusional. Without exception, most everyone through time has felt the same about all of God’s prophets. But we have a job to do and we must do it with boldness and confidence, and we do so, combined with genuine humility before God. Sadly, this sound assurance is often misread and seen as haughtiness.

Space Shuttle Launch: Viewed From an Airplane

Flying from Orlando, FL I had the rare opportunity to be able to watch Discovery's final launch as it embarks on STS-133.
That's incredible - I watched it on NASA TV, but it must have been amazing to see it from the plane - you were already at about 30,000 feet - seeing it shoot up above you must have been quite strange! This is definitely a unique experience.

Puno: Large crack opens in the earth in southern Peru

 The sudden appearance early in the morning of an enormous crack, measuring 100 meters wide and three kilometers long, caused confusion among residents of the Huacullani district in the Chucuito province, department of Puno.
The exact cause of the crack in the earth still unknown. Peru’s geophysical institute ruled out the occurrence of an earthquake in the region, but what is clear is that the ground opened up and large blocks of earth can be observed scattered throughout the area.
The event, recorded Wednesday morning, caused the collapse of one house located in the rural community of Llorohoco. Four people managed to escape, but the youngest in the family, five-year-old Jean Carlos Vilcanqui Acero, is missing.
Geological engineers from the regional committee for civil defense have arrived in the area to investigate the phenomenon and determine its causes, said Javier Pampamallco, Puno’s civil defense chief.

More fish DOOM! Thousands of dead squid and Barracouta, Tasmania.

EXPERTS have no answers on what has caused the death of thousands of squid in the River Derwent this week.
Dead and dying arrowhead squid have been washed ashore or spotted floating on the water at Austins Ferry and Berriedale since Tuesday.
Locals say they have never seen so many dead fish.
The Environment Protection Authority yesterday confirmed reports of more dead squid further down the river.
It is the third case of mass fish deaths in the Derwent in the space of two weeks.
Early this week a large mass of dead juvenile barracouta was found in Windermere Bay near Claremont Primary School.
This followed a similar number of juvenile barracouta being found dead just south of the Norske Skog paper mill at Boyer the week before.
EPA director Alex Schaap said it was unlikely that the deaths of the squid and barracouta were related.
Mr Schaap said young barracouta were particularly intolerant of low salinity, which was thought to have caused the mass deaths.
But water tests have left the barracouta deaths a mystery.

Kadhafi ordered Lockerbie bombing: ex-minister tells paper

From Adriene: STOCKHOLM — Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi personally ordered the Lockerbie bombing in 1988, former justice minister Mustapha Abdeljalil told Swedish daily Expressen, the paper reported on its website Wednesday.
"I have proof that Kadhafi gave the order on Lockerbie," said the minister, who stepped down Monday to protest the ongoing violence in Libya.
Libyan national Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi was in 2001 convicted of the bombing of Pan AM Flight 103 over the Scottish town of Lockerbie on December 21, 1988 that killed 270 people, most of them Americans.
But Scottish authorities, who have power over their own judicial affairs, released Megrahi, 58, on compassionate grounds in August 2009 after doctors said he was suffering from terminal cancer and had three months to live.
His release and subsequent hero's return to Tripoli drew a furious response from many, and outrage in the United States has been stoked by the fact that he remains alive almost a year and a half after his release.
According to Abdeljalil, Kadhafi "ordered Megrahi to do it (the bombing)," and had worked hard to secure his release to ensure that his role in the plot remained secret. More here

Reefs at Risk Revisited collates the work of hundreds of scientists and took three years to compile.

The officers will also investigate the murder of Ali Abuzeid, a Libyan dissident whose death in 1995 is thought to have been a political assassination by agents of Colonel Gadaffi, the country's ruler. The Abuzeid case was reopened earlier this year after The Observer revealed that MI5 had suspicions that the murder was the work of the Libyan government, but had failed to pass on key information to the police.

Pressure will intensify on the Libyans to allow police to question Khalifa Bazelya, one of Gadaffi's top spies who now works as ambassador to Cyprus. In December 1995, only two weeks after the mur der of Abuzeid, Bazelya was expelled from Britain for intimidating dissidents and recruiting spies. He was never officially linked to the murder, but an MI5 document posted on the internet in April showed that the intelligence services suspected he was involved in violence in Britain. MI6 and MI5 tried to recruit Bazelya, then Libya's top diplomat in London, but he 'led them a merry dance' said one intelligence source.

Huda Abuzeid, the daughter of the murdered man, has waged a five-year campaign to expose Gadaffi's connection to her father's murder.

She told The Observer : 'I am pleased the police are going to Libya after all this time. I just hope that the people responsible for my father's death are finally brought to justice.'

107 Dead Pilot Whales in New Zealand, 48 put down!

Department of Conservation staff have put down 48 pilot whales found stranded on a Stewart Island beach.
Two trampers this morning found a pod of 107 whales dead and dying at a beach near Cavalier Creek. The pair were only able to alert authorities when they reached a ranger hut a Mason Bay several hours later.
DOC staff immediately flew to the popular west coast beach where they found the whales stranded high up on the beach with the tide just starting to recede.
"About half of the whales were still alive when we arrived," said biodiversity manager Brent Beaven.
"However, we were quickly aware that it would be at least 10 to 12 hours before we could attempt to refloat them and that given the hot, dry conditions many more would soon perish.
"With just five people currently on site and the tide on its way out, we saw little hope of keeping the animals alive until enough rescuers could be flown in to assist,” Beaven said.

Significant new cyclone threat emerging

Long range computer models, which accurately predicted Cyclone Yasi's exact path and strength up to to 10 days in advance, are now picking a new cyclone is going to form directly north of New Zealand in the next 7 days reports WeatherWatch.co.nz.

Head weather analyst Philip Duncan says the potential cyclone could pose a threat to several nations including New Zealand. "The long range computer models are clearly showing a tropical depression forming somewhere around New Caledonia this coming weekend and by early next week it may well be a severe tropical cyclone".

Mr Duncan says Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Fiji and New Zealand will all be at some level of risk from the system if it follows the current modelling.More here

5 million aquatic animals die at Mara river in Kenya

The National Environmental Management Authority (Nema), Public Health Ministry and Kenya Wildlife Service are investigating the deaths of fish in Mara River. Conservationists suspect the deaths that started last week might have been caused by agro chemicals from farms, that drain into the river. Hoteliers in Masai Mara Game Reserve are now expressing fear that the chemicals might kill animals that depend on the river. The deaths could have been caused by agro chemicals from large scale farms on the upper side of the river. The chemicals might also kill hippos, crocodiles and other animals that drink water from the river,” said Ben Kipeno, a conservationist from the northern side of the reserve. Mr Kipeno said on Wednesday there were unconfirmed reports that apart from fish, a crocodile and a hippo have already succumbed to effects of the chemicals. More here

U.S. Must Take Space Storm Threat Seriously, Experts Warn

WASHINGTON — Space weather could pose serious problems here on Earth in the coming years, the chief of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said today (Feb. 19).
A severe solar storm has the potential to take down telecommunications and power grids, and the country needs to work on being better prepared, said NOAA administrator Jane Lubchenco here at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dead geese puzzle wildlife officials in Ohio

TOLEDO, Ohio — Dozens of geese have been found dead along the Lake Erie shore and others are so sick that they are unable to fly, wildlife officials said. Many have been found dead near Toledo, where the geese often gather in the open waters of the lake. But others have been found dead in a nearby river and along the lake 70 miles away near Cleveland.
