UPDATE 02/21/2010: Below are two images taken just a few minutes apart according to the timestamps...the first image is taken from Big Bear Solar Observatory which is in Big Bear City, California (Earth) ...the second image is taken from SOHO satellite (space) which is positioned between the Earth and the sun...It is my opinion that these are the same spheres being detected by two completely different imaging devices at nearly the same time...let it be known by all that I do not claim to know what they are...but it sure has my attention.

Well I came across this today and just had to post it, a new phenomenon? it's a rocket producing ripples in the air, remember the Norway Spiral pictured below, well yes, this one was published by NASA a couple of day's ago and is nothing like the wonderful spiral we saw in Norway, the Russian's tried to pass that one off as ripples in the air caused by a failed missile, why do I get the impression this is a lame effort by NASA to link the two together? Exceptional Rocket Waves Destroy Sun Dog Credit & Copyright: George C. Privon (U. Virginia) Explanation: What created those rocket waves, and why did they destroy that sun dog? Close inspection of the above image shows not only a rocket rising near the center, but unusual air ripples around it and a colorful sundog to the far right. The rocket, carrying the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO), lifted off two weeks ago from Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA into a cold blue sky. The SDO is designed to observe the Sun continuously over the next several years, exploring the Sun's atmosphere at high resolution and fast time scales. The air ripples -- seen about one minute after launch -- were unexpected, as was the sudden disappearance of the sundog after the ripples passed. Noticed and recorded by several onlookers, there has been much speculation about the origin of the ripples. An ongoing discussion about them can be joined here in APOD's discussion board the Asterisk. A leading hypothesis holds that the ripples resulted from a sonic boom created as the rocket broke the sound barrier, which then jumbled a thin layer of ice crystals that were aligned to create the sundog. Lingering questions include why other rocket launches don't produce air ripples as noticeable, and why the ripples appeared more prominent above the rocket. If you know of images of any other aircraft or spacecraft that have produced similar air ripples, please post them to the discussion thread -- they may be help create a better understanding of the effect.
The giant, glowing white “Norway spiral” (see video) was visible all over northern Norway between about 6:45 to 7 GMT on 9th December. It initially consisted of a green beam of light similar in colour to the aurora* with a mysterious rotating spiral at one end, according to eye witness Nick Banbury of Harstad reports Spaceweather.com. “This spiral then got bigger and bigger until it turned into a huge halo in the sky with the green beam extending down to Earth.”
There was initial speculation that it might be a bright meteor but that dismissed because the Norway Spiral lasted for too long to be a meteor. Current suspicion by scientist Jonathan McDowell (as mentioned to New Scientist), an astrophysicist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is that it is an out-of-control Russian missile (blame it on Russians, eh?). However Russian authorities haven’t yet confirmed it. This speculation also looks questionable to me simple because who has seen such a spectacle before from wayward missiles before?
You would think these spheres would show up on normal photo's, here are a few interesting pictures, however, I am not an astronomer, these spheres could be Venus or Mercury! As ever click on images to enlarge

As you can clearly see these Spheres are moving,not as a planet would move, they are clearly not compressed artifacts pixelation or gamma ray's, they are however real!
A week later it shows up at the OPPOSITE SIDE in the EAST !!!!

Later that century, it became understood that Saturn's unusual protrusions were rings and that when the Earth crosses the ring plane, the edge-on rings will appear to disappear. This is because Saturn's rings are confined to a plane many times thinner, in proportion, than a razor blade. In modern times, the robot Cassini spacecraft orbiting Saturn now also crosses Saturn's ring plane. A series of plane crossing images from late February was dug out of the vast online Cassini raw image archive by interested Spanish amateur Fernando Garcia Navarro. Pictured above, digitally cropped and set in representative colors, is the striking result. Saturn's upper atmosphere appear in gold. Since Saturn just passed its equinox, today the ring plane is pointed close to the Sun and the rings could not cast the high dark shadows seen across the top of this image, taken back in 2005. Moons appear as bumps in the rings.
Orb or planet above the sun since late 2009 !!! In 3 months just moved a centimeter!
Appeared early nov 2009, still stationary. Now very clear, back then very faint. Is no dust coz it moved and got bigger.
Proof > visible on images follow soon. Was busy whole the day, found that it stats on november 8 2009 ! Then IT becommes faintly visable in the corona @12 o'clock !!!

Can't think for the life of me why NASA would release one without the Sun?
The NASA Sphere craze would appear to be dying down, NASA's publicity department seem to have done a good job in stemming interest, although 2cents and Krispy are still knee deep in research over at GLP trying to find an answer, good luck to them and once again well done, whatever the spheres are, they are most certainly not compressed artifacts, space dust or gamma rays as Mr. Gurman, NASA's spokesman would have us believe. I myself am trying to move onto another subject but try as I might as soon as I begin to pursue another story, I am pulled back to the spheres, I stumbled upon an old YouTube movie today and thought wow, that looks familiar and so here I go again!
The above photo was originally posted by Marduk on Disclose TV if I remember, as you can clearly see, several spheres clearly grouped in a half circle round what must be a huge triangular object, positioned what looks to be very close to the Sun, although we have no real way of knowing. In fact I inspected this photo further and if you look carefully the triangular object is completely surrounded just like the black and white photo's below!
Now take a look at these two screen shots I have taken from an old YouTube movie, again several objects in a circle around another object in the middle, these objects appear to be controlled by intelligence as you will see if you watch the movie, the narrator also describes these things as one and a half mile wide in diameter! Does it look familiar?
The narrator goes on to say, these craft are attracted to thunderstorms and many many times we see lightning on the surface of the planet or in the atmosphere of planet Earth and as soon these electrical storms start, the UFO'S swarm into the area, it's almost as if they are harvesting the electromagnetic energy within the atmosphere? Is it possible these UFO's are sucking energy from these electric thunderstorms on planet Earth? Just as our NASA Spheres appear to be harvesting the Solar energy from our sun and by the way, if these UFO's with a one and a half mile wide diameter needed a mother ship, well BINGO! Our spheres would fit that criteria, they would also need a heck of a lot of fuel! We can't understand how something so big could have been built even less so how could it stay so close to the Sun but it's only 100 years ago someone managed to fly over the Channel
