This alone makes me question the contexts and motives of the person reporting this. "Seen by everyone" is a claim that I would not agree with not even in a lose sense. This statement is inaccurate, so it brings to question the other statements made.
You can find "facts" for whatever you want to find on the internet. The thing is sorting out what you actually do know for sure. Alot of you I think are trying to claim government responsibility, without any direct evidence. Just inferences and assumptions.

I seriously doubt the Russians had any financial interest in killing the Polish government, however rogue elements within the Russian government or Russian society most certainly may have executed the crime. No, more likely banks, and the people who own them, were behind this. Figure out the finances, and you'll figure out the culprits. Don't plan on putting anyone in jail though. And upon recoginizing this imminent threat they retrieved parachutes from some storage location on the plane, donned the parachutes, opened the entry door and leaped into the fog. Forget the fact that the parachute wouldn't open in time when jumping from a plane on short final. The fog jumper would then have to wait until clear of the aircraft before opening the chute and then landing in the tree tops. While I'm all for ensuring that we come to a truthful conclusion, ridiculous propositions put forward by even more ridiculous people are not helpful.

FWIW, they DO look like at Tu-154, however the paint scheme as I can see looks dissimilar to what's been released on the "real" news. This might just be pissing in the wind, but at about 1:28-30 of 2:49 cut, there appears to be a guy half hidden behind the tree in the center of the screen, just left of the person who appears to raise their hands. It looks like tree-guy also has his hands raised, can be seen for a moment before the camera pans away.

Within two months a new President will be elected and due to the fact that the dead president's twin brother is running, Poles will probably pick him now, as he will be trusted to get to the bottom and to avenge the death of Poland's leaders in cold blood. Without this Poland is left with many old Soviet trained Generals and politicians who benefit in a way. They have never gone away and perhaps at least some of them can not be trusted. Ok lets disquess the "official" story.
A plane crashes in the woods you see it and run there to either look closer or steel stuff.
When you come closer you notice that the russian police is already at the scen. At this stage i as a looter would not procced with my plans to steel things as the police is already there.
Lets say some one else is more interested then me in getting his hands on random things from a crashed plane and still aproches the plane to loot. Then the police fire 4 shots to keep that person away from the plane.
I dont know but you need to be damn desperate for loot if the first shot or second dont scare you away.
Dont know what happened here just trying to think what i would have done if i was there.
Another thing lets say 2 cars crash police is at the scene other people stop and aprroch the site. Is your first thought as the police that people aproching are there to steal something and you must shot to scare them away or maybe they wanne help.. as in this situation we have alot of dead or injured people.
This is what happens when you agree to base US missile interceptors in your country facing Russia and then fly to Russia to further embarrass the Russians by bringing attention to a WW2 massacre of Polish officers committed by the Russians.....what were they thinking??

They also refused to tow the European financial agenda
